Cancer Yoga Class
Cancer Yoga Class
Thursdays 11:00–12:15
Moulton Village Hall, Moulton Spalding
Cancer Yoga Classes are specially designed to support those who are going through, or recovering from, cancer treatment.
Yoga can be a gentle support alongside medical interventions, helping to manage treatment side effects, reduce stress and anxiety, and support emotional wellbeing. It can also be a helpful way to ease and navigate cancer‑related fatigue.
These classes run in 5‑week blocks and are limited to a small group of participants to create a calm, supportive environment and space to build connections with others who may be experiencing similar journeys.
Each block of classes will be tailored to a specific focus group to best support needs.
Sessions consist of breathwork, gentle yoga movement and relaxation using various styles including use of chair, mat and more restorative poses. There will then be opportunity to connect with group members over refreshments. It is designed to be accessible for most so if you are unsure if it will suit you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Price: £60 for 5 weeks
or bookable as individual sessions for £13
These sessions run weekly and you can join at any time.
It is important that you have had clearance from your medical team to start exercise and be 6 weeks post surgery.
