A bundle of pre recorded videos to support practice at home between lessons.
Bundle consists of:
1 x 30 minute reset meditation/relaxation session,
1 x 60 minute Beginners Yoga class,
1 x 10 mins audio relaxation.
Upon purchase, a link will be sent to access the bundle (please allow up to 24 hours).
The link will remain valid for 30 days so you can rewatch as many times as you like within the access period.
On purchase, a link to a medical screening questionnaire will be received and if you are not already a customer of Yoga with Kerry, this will need to be completed prior to the link being sent. If you are unsure or have any questions, do not hesitate to pop me a message
