Specialist cancer class for those having or recovering from cancer treatment, breathwork, gentle movement and relaxation followed by refreshments and time to connect with others.
We use a mixture of chair, mat and standing options and all can be adapted to needs.
Held at Moulton Village Hall, Moulton Spalding- Thursdays 11-12:15
